How you will make an impact
You will be part of the implementation of new tool at Arla and will be trained to manage the solution after implementation. As the primary contact for any improvements, issues, or errors, you will be responsible for resolving problems within the system and its integrations. This role involves close collaboration with Project Team members, the system manufacturer, as well as other support teams within Arla IT. Every day will bring new challenges and growth opportunities.
You will work with various stakeholders across the Arla organization, gaining insights into Product Lifecycle Management processes throughout the entire value chain. As the IT Operations expert for this tool, you will be the primary contact for super users as well, providing consulting and coaching on best practices for working with the tool.
