We are seeking an ambitious and driven Key Account Manager to further develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact within Global Blue. As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for growing revenue through the understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and align Global Blue's solutions accordingly.
You are expected to conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive account growth through redefining the method of sales and creating a first-class dynamic interaction with customers to maximize opportunities and deliver results.
The Key Account Manager serves as the escalation point for key clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any issues or concerns. Global Blue is an international company, which also entails collaboration with internal teams to coordinate resources and support required to meet clients' expectations. You must provide exceptional customer service acting as an advocate for the client within Global Blue.
