About this opportunity

Welcome to Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM), a team of highly qualified and experienced individuals working across complex areas, both individually and as a team. The team is part of the wider Enterprise-wide Risk Management and Recovery & Resolution (ERM&RR) team that sits at the heart of GRs efforts to ensure robust, relevant and transparent financial and regulatory risk management across the Nordea Group.

What you’ll be doing:

Analyse and elaborate Nordea’s risk appetite framework and risk profile.

Participate in Nordea’s Enterprise-wide stress testing framework including both internal and regulatory stress test.

Strengthen Nordea’s firm-wide risk perspective across risk appetite, stress testing, recovery and resolution.

Participate in complex framework and project development processes with many stakeholders and senior management interactions.

Collaborate with colleagues in Group Risk as well as across the Nordea Group.

Your experience and background:

Experience in banking or the financial sector

Experience in working with either: Risk frameworks Stress testing Asset and liability management Accounting, or project management

Great communication and presentation skills

Fluent in both written and spoken English

The role is based in Copenhagen; Helsinki.
