The opportunity and what we offer

Formalize is on an expansive journey with strong market traction across Europe. As our new Head of Sales, you will work closely together with the CRO and play a vital role in driving our sales strategies and contributing significantly to our product and market expansion. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the market appearance in the Nordic, Benelux, Portugal, Greece, and Poland.

Responsibilities

You will be joining our team of +100 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey, and you will have a huge impact on the organisation from the start. Your responsibilities are:

  • Oversee and lead all sales initiatives across 4 teams with Country Managers in the direct reporting line.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across the entire product suite.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Leading, mentoring, and expanding the sales team, including recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Analyzing market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in our sales tactics.
  • Overseeing sales budgets and providing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual profit forecasts and revenue reports to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications and about you

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales leadership within a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record in managing other managers, scaling sales team in a fast-growing organization.
  • Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Native in Danish and professional fluency in English. Additional language skills in French, Dutch, Portuguese, Greece or Polish are an advantage.
  • You can work from our HQ in Aarhus.
  • Perhaps you have experience building strong partnerships and/or knowledge within the compliance space.

Recruitment Process

  • Send application and upload relevant information
  • Completion of Talent test
  • 15-minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
  • 30-minute online interview with our CRO, Christoffer Axelsen
  • IQ test and case preparation (homework before the final interview)
  • 60 minutes in-person final interview with the CRO and Head of Sales Development
  • Criminal record check
