STUDENT ASSISTANT – PRODUCT & WHOLESALE MARKETING

About t he job

As a Student Assistant in our Product & Wholesale marketing team, you will be part of a group of ten dedicated colleagues working with the development and production of high-level product marketing material for our wholesale, contract and retail sales organisation.

More specifically, your tasks will include.

  • Download, naming and upload of pictures and renderings in and to various digital platforms such as our Digital Library and 3D rendering platform
  • Assisting at photoshoots in external studios in Aarhus - unboxing, assembling and steaming etc.
  • Proof reading of different kinds of material
  • Updating and maintenance of HAY presence in external platforms – ex. Architonic
  • Various ad hoc tasks in a busy department
  • The job is around 15 hours a week.

    Are you the Student Assistant we are looking for?

    Role expectations

  • You are great at planning and managing your own tasks
  • You have a naturally structured and detail-oriented approach to your work, and make a virtue out of initiating, following up, coordinating and completing tasks
  • You are service-minded, patient and able to maintain an overview when things get busy
  • You thrive in an informal and humorous work environment, where flexibility is a key word and where a hand is always given when needed
  • Experience required

  • We expect that you are currently studying a relevant higher education course e.g., within marketing, communication and/or graphic design
  • You communicate fluently in both Danish and English and understand the importance of collaborating and communicating across the different departments in the organisation
  • Any previous experience with InDesign, Excel, Navision, Dynamics 365, Vocast and/or sales platforms such as pCon, Architonic, Cylindo is an advantage but not mandatory, as we would be pleased to teach you along the way
