Our journey – and the team

We are a fast-moving organization with a step-growth journey ahead of us.

You will be joining a finance team consisting of 4 employees—you will refer to the Finance Manager. Your role is a newly established full-time position.

Your main tasks will be the following:

• Fixed asset register – maintaining the fixed asset register, calculating monthly depreciations, and reconciling with g/l.
• Intercompany - Monthly invoicing to subsidiaries, specifications, and reconciling intercompany balances.
• VAT - Prepare and file VAT returns, VAT reconciliations and controlling VAT in g/l.
• Accounts receivables – follow up.
• Expense management – support and backup to Finance assistant and users, and monthly reconciliation between Acubiz and g/l.
• Vendor - A-Z in collaboration with the Finance assistant.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Prepare audit documentation.

What competencies and mindset do you need to bring?
We aim to hire an experienced colleague with at least 5 years of proven skills within the mentioned tasks. We need a well-structured and organized colleague with a good overview and a natural sense of detail and responsibility. You are a team player, and helping others develop and succeed motivates you.

We use Dynamics 365 Business Central, Continia, and Acubiz. Experience with these systems will be considered an advantage.

We expect you to be flexible and able to work from the office in Hillerød.

Despite being a global company, we need a colleague who can communicate in Danish – both written and verbally.
