Communications & Content Specialist for LEGO® – Drive Engagement and Create Outstanding User Experiences

As a Communications & Content Specialist, you will play a key role in communicating the many opportunities and initiatives to employees and guests.

Your role is about driving awareness and engagement through clear communication and a strong visual identity that reflects LEGO's commitment to excellence and creativity. From content for intranets and screens to creative campaigns and content production – you will be the link ensuring that messages reach the target audience in the best possible way.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather input from stakeholders and identify communication needs
• Create content and ensure continuous updates of internal channels such as SharePoint and intranet
• Produce creative and playful content in the form of images, text, and SoMe material to engage and inspire.
• Track data and follow up on communication initiatives
• Develop the visual identity for Workplace Experience
• Optimize internal channels based on UX research and user feedback
• Support branding initiatives that align with business goals.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
• Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe InDesign
• Ability to craft stories across various media and channels
• Proactive and independent with a high level of integrity
• Experience in international environments and cultural understanding is preferred
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
