As the Director for Digitalisation & Data at Fill & Finish Programme you will lead a team of highly skilled IT & Automation specialists and project managers driving the execution of digital use cases with an impact across production sites around the world.

This requires that as Director for Digitalisation, you will together with stakeholders across engineering, quality, sites and suppliers make data-driven decisions and compromises with utmost clarity and transparency on benefits, risks and consequences.
The Digital Use Cases (DUC) go beyond conventional solutions, striving to improve efficiency and optimize manufacturing operations, whether through extending existing systems or creating standalone developments.

Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established programme organization, located in Lyngby, and built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
