Equipment and Logistics Assistant

Navitas Renewables is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment and Logistics Assistant to join our team in Hedensted. This is a dynamic role that involves overseeing the maintenance, delivery, and tracking of tools, equipment, and vans for our ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and deliver vans to/from airports and various sites/locations.
• Order and purchase tools, equipment, and clothing for projects.
• Keep the tools and equipment registration program up to date.
• Approve invoices in the Corpay system.
• Maintain effective communication with technicians on-site regarding tools, equipment, and vans.
• Handle the shipping of tools, equipment, and clothing to Denmark and other EU countries.
• Oversee the physical warehouse and inventory management.
• Inspect and approve Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (specific training provided).

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Proficiency in English required, Danish is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cars, warehousing, and tools.
• Experience with logistics or related fields is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
