As a project manager, you will be responsible for driving multiple transformation and change projects simultaneously, ensuring excellent stakeholder management and driving PMO activities, such as scoping, planning and ensuring progress. The size of our projects and teams varies, but most are of smaller scale with project participants often involved part time. This requires you as the project manager to take ownership of certain deliverables and fill in the blanks where needed. You will be closely connected to the business and your project stakeholders, applying effective change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and initiatives.
