About the Role

As an FP&A Manager at WALLHACK, you’ll directly influence the company’s financial future. This hybrid role combines financial controlling with strategic FP&A tasks, offering the opportunity to:

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights that drive strategic growth.

• Build and evaluate investment opportunities (cases) to guide decision-making or optimize ROI.

• Think strategically to align financial planning with company goals and long-term vision.

• Challenge the strategic goals and long-term vision of the company.

• Partner with key stakeholders to support (challenge) investment planning and shape the company’s financial direction.

• Own the P&L budget, ensuring it aligns with company goals and consistently monitoring financial performance.

• Build scalable financial processes in a fast-growing, agile team environment.

Who Are You?

We’re seeking an ambitious and proactive finance professional with:

• Growth Mindset: Most importantly (!), we value enthusiasm for learning and a drive to make a tangible impact.

• Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Collaboration & Initiative: The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Finance Expertise: Comfort with financial tools, especially Excel, and a solid understanding of financial processes.

While a master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics) is preferred, your passion and ability to deliver results are what truly matter. Experience from international D2C e-commerce is definitely a bonus, but everything can be taught.
