Full Stack Developer @ Anemo Robotics

Hi! We are looking for a new Full Stack Developer to join us for a part-time/student position and help us build our new platform. We are looking for someone with good full-stack experience, mostly frontend, and with an interest in AI/Computer Vision.

Basically, a good developer, who knows and owns their stuff and is willing to make things work. Someone who’s down to collaborate, experiment, and build something cool.

There is a possibility of joining us full-time in the future or even in a cofounder role if we see a good fit :)

About Anemo

Anemo is a startup spinout of DTU and we are developing innovations for assessing marine biodiversity. We deploy underwater cameras around offshore structures and apply AI models to detect species and quantify changes in Biodiversity. We use computer vision to detect and count fish species.

We are a small team based in DTU SkyLab. We work hard but have lots of fun and really enjoy what we do. We hope you will too!

Who are you?

Ideally a student or part-time worker with a track record of developing web apps and other full-stack solutions. With relevant experience in mostly complex frontend solutions, as well as usual full stack skills. Solid experience with JavaScript and familiarity with Next.js or similar frameworks as well as Azure and cloud environments. Experience with integrating video formats or external services is very welcome. AI and computer vision are a nice bonus.

You have a can-do mentality, can work independently and in a team, and want to do cool innovations with us.

Responsibilities

You are going to help us build our new platform almost from scratch, building and maintaining the full stack. You will work closely with the founders to define the product and figure out the best way to build it. Our new platform will be crucial for Anemo to scale up, so we need someone who can assist us in building it properly and promptly. You will co-lead the development with our current developer.

The platform will allow clients to upload footage, edit it, train AI models, and view analysis. This will eliminate a significant amount of manual work currently done by the Anemo team and add considerable value to our solution.
