Your Role
As a key member of SeedLab and the backbone of our operations, you will:
- Perform Molecular Biology and Cell Culture Tasks
- Execute plasmid cloning techniques.
- Maintain and manage cell cultures.
- Produce recombinant proteins using baculovirus systems in insect cells.
- Help perform standard molecular biology techniques like Western blotting on an as-needed basis.
- Analyze Data and Document Findings
- Maintain detailed electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs) for accuracy and traceability.
- Manage Laboratory Operations and Collaborate
- Oversee laboratory resources and maintain critical equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovative projects.
- Promote knowledge sharing.
About You
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled candidate with:
- Educational Background
- Certification as a Laboratory Technician in Biological Sciences or a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Life Sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a molecular biology laboratory.
- Technical Expertise
- Skills in plasmid cloning and cell culture.
- Experience with protein expression using baculovirus systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and electronic lab notebooks.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office and enthusiasm for learning specialized tools.
- Personal Qualities
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.

- Thrives with coordinating multiple tasks and enjoys problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.
