Introduction
As the Recruitment Specialist for FLSmidth Cement, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leaders around the globe to attract new talent and build high performing teams.
This is a hybrid position based in Valby, Copenhagen, Denmark focused on supporting employees globally with a focus on the Europe region.
The FLSmidth Group is embarking on a journey to explore divestment opportunities for FLSmidth Cement. In addition to supporting the divestment process, this role will be instrumental in shaping the strategy for recruiting, anchored in a leader-led business model. FLSmidth Cement is in the forefront of the global green transition in cement production – the clear objective to shape a sustainable future, while at the same time position the company for future growth.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate and lead global recruitment efforts with a focus on the Europe region Manage full-cycle talent pipeline for multiple locations, including reviewing & posting job descriptions, conducting interviews and candidates assessment feedback, extending job offers, etc Establish and execute global recruiting strategy to attract top talent Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and select candidates for open positions Monitor recruiting performance using KPI’s and provide regular updates to leadership Manage recruiter requisition assignments to balance recruiting load within team Utilize Workday recruiting module Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels Identify and implement innovative changes to streamline and optimize recruitment process Establish best practices to attract diverse talent to the organization Provide recruitment training and guidance to HR team Ensure compliance with local regulations Participate in HR projects as assigned What you bring
Fluency in English required Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communication, or similar (equivalent experience will also be considered) 7+ years of experience in a recruiting role strongly preferred Previous experience recruiting for roles in US, Mexico, and Brazil preferred Previous experience in matrix organization recruiting candidates in different countries Eagerness to operate at the global level, with the proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to employment norms in each of the countries we operate in Strong communication and customer service skills Solution-oriented approach with a big picture mindset Workday experience a plus Predictive Index certification a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proactive and efficient approach with strong follow-through Commitment to confidentiality with a high level of integrity Please note, all CV's, resumes, and cover letters must be submitted in English.
