The position
We are expanding our highly skilled Integration team, responsible for driving pre- and post-merger integration activities, with an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead integration projects and champion business and M&A best practices in close collaboration with other departments. As a key member of the IMO (Integration Management Office) you will operationalize and mobilize the strategic direction provided by SteerCo and design integration projects to identify and address key risks, share specialist M&A and Novo Nordisk knowledge with the team and the wider organization and partner with stakeholders to deliver critical problem solving and decisions.

About the department
The Integration team oversees the seamless integration of companies. Responsibilities include strategic alignment, operational and cultural integration, change management, synergy realization, and risk management. Collaborating with executive leadership, HR, legal, and external consultants, the PMI team ensures a coordinated integration process. Essential skills encompass project management, change management, strategic thinking, and communication. Effective PMI is crucial for realizing the merger's full potential while minimizing disruption. Challenges include cultural clashes, change resistance, and tight timelines. Ultimately, the PMI department plays a vital role in ensuring the long-term success of the integrated entity.
