Senior Software Developer – Grow into a Technical Leader for Our ERP Transformation

Are you a seasoned software developer who thrives on tackling challenging projects? At Proshop, you'll join our Business Central team, working on our ERP system replacement—a project our leadership compares to “making a heart transplant while the patient is running a marathon.” If you have strong expertise in C# and SQL and a desire to grow into a technical leadership role—or even if you already have some leadership experience—we’d love to meet you.

Your Role in the ERP Transformation

Core Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Development: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for our evolving ERP system using C#, Visual Studio, and SQL.
• Diverse Technology Stack: Utilize technologies such as HTML/CSS/JS, Docker, RabbitMQ, and REST, while working with Business Central.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Tackle complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

Growth into Technical Leadership:

• Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with team members to share knowledge and gradually take on responsibilities for the technical solutions within the Business Central team.
• Strategic Contribution: Whether you’re new to technical leadership or already have experience, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to shaping our ERP system’s future direction.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

• A background in computer science or software engineering with significant hands-on experience.
• Proven expertise in C#, Visual Studio, and SQL, with familiarity or a willingness to quickly learn related ERP technologies.
• A track record of solving complex problems and a keen interest in growing into, or further developing, a technical leadership role.
