As the Solution Sales Lead (DevOps & Cloud), you will be an integral part of our global DevOps & Cloud team.
Role Purpose
As the Solution Sales Lead (DevOps & Cloud), you'll play a key role in helping Eficode grow and succeed in the DevOps and Cloud space. This isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about building relationships with our customers across the globe, driving solution-oriented sales cases, and helping shape the future of our DevOps and Cloud solutions. You’ll be the go-to person for presales support, driving business growth, and making sure our solutions hit the mark with customers.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborating: You’ll be the primary contact for solution sales within our DevOps & Cloud team. Whether it's helping shape a deal or advising customers on a tricky technical question, you'll be in the thick of it.
- Driving Sales: Your main job is to drive the sales process forward. You'll help identify opportunities, work with teams to close deals, and make sure we hit our revenue targets for DevOps and Cloud solutions.
- Business Development: This is not a passive role. You’ll actively seek out new opportunities, get involved in solution selling, and seek the best approach to meet client needs.
- Solution-Oriented Conversations: You’ll be talking to clients about the business impact of DevOps and Cloud technologies—AWS, GitLab, and more. You’ll position Eficode as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Revenue Growth - Take ownership of the revenue growth for DevOps and Cloud services, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met globally.
- Alignment with Internal Teams - Work closely with the technical solutions team to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Global Focus: You'll support sales teams across multiple countries and markets, ensuring that we’re aligned and moving in the same direction to hit goals.
Success Factors:
You'll be a great fit if you have...
- At least 5 years' experience in Solution Sales/Presales: You’ve been in the game long enough to understand the sales process from end to end and have experience in solution sales, particularly in DevOps and Cloud solutions.
- A Technical Edge: You know your way around DevOps tools and Cloud platforms like AWS, GitLab, Kubernetes, and others.
- Proactive Mindset: You’re always thinking ahead, looking for ways to drive deals forward and uncover new opportunities.
- Great Communication: You know how to work well with people across teams, countries, and functions. You’re comfortable leading conversations with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Consultative Approach: You’re not just selling; you’re helping customers solve real business problems with the right technology solutions.
- Experience Meeting and Exceeding Targets: You have a proactive and results-driven approach to sales, with the ability to move deals forward and close opportunities.
Desired skills and qualifications:
It would be an added bonus if you have...
- DevOps & Cloud Expertise: If you’re already familiar with AWS, GitLab, Kubernetes, CI/CD, microservices, and other key DevOps tools, you’ll hit the ground running.
- Sales Leadership Experience: If you’ve had experience leading sales teams or working in a global environment, that’s a big plus.
- Network: Having connections within the Cloud and DevOps ecosystems is always helpful!
- Certifications: If you’ve got certifications like AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Foundation, that would be great too.
