Hours: Full time, but no less than 30 hours

YOGO provides an innovative booking system for studios offering fitness, yoga, pilates, and other forms of group training. If you practice yoga in a studio in Denmark, you are probably using our product already! 

Unlike many Sales organisations, you will not fight for yourself here. We collaborate, help, and learn from each other, and we each do our part to give our customers an excellent experience from the beginning. We are looking for someone with a competitive edge, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to take on responsibility for their own performance. What you’ll be doing

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle in the DACH region, from initial outreach to closing deals. You’ll ask the right questions to understand your prospects’ needs and help them realise how YOGO can make their lives easier. 


You will support revenue growth in the German speaking market by:

  • Outbound Sales: Identifying and connecting with potential customers who fit our target group through online research and existing lead lists. Potentially also handling inbound leads.

  • Consultative Selling: Building trust by asking meaningful questions, generating new sales opportunities through phone, email, and potentially Instagram.

  • Pipeline Management: Nurturing relationships with studios, even those not yet ready to switch, so that YOGO is top of mind when the timing is right.

  • Closing Deals: Guiding prospects through the decision-making and ensuring a smooth handover to Onboarding for a stellar customer experience from start to finish.

  • CRM Mastery: Maintaining accurate CRM data and using HubSpot’s automation tools to increase your efficiency.

  • Performance Tracking: Taking ownership of your goals and metrics, pushing yourself closer to success each day.


The focus and prioritisation of your responsibilities change and develop over time. There is plenty of opportunity for you to bring your own ideas to the table, too! 


Does this describe you well?

You’re a natural at building connections and helping people discover how our solution can truly make a difference to their lives. With a competitive edge, a consultative approach, and by skillfully navigating objections, you can guide a prospect from “no” to “yes.” You’re driven by results, love tracking progress, and feel accomplished when you can see the impact of your work in clear, measurable outcomes. You love all aspects of Sales: cold outreach, objection handling, relationship building, and preparing a successful onboarding.

Self-motivated and highly organised, you remain positive and efficient even in busy periods. You take complete ownership of your content, your tasks, and your performance. With a strategic mindset and prior experience to draw on, you’re comfortable with the changing environment of a start-up and proactively incorporate new sales approaches and insights into your work. 


Must have for this role:

  • Native German speaker

  • Professional level of English (if you’re interested in learning Danish - there’s plenty of opportunity )

  • Experience in Sales and handling the full sales cycle

  • Experience with using CRM tools

  • Comfortable with cold calling and getting people interested from the first conversation

  • Positive attitude, strong questioning skills, and a talent for keeping conversations going

  • Willingness to take ownership of your performance and consistently strive for improvement


Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in content marketing or customer-facing roles

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Good technical understanding and ease with new systems

  • Interest in the yoga, health, and fitness world.

  • Additional skills relevant to a start-up in which all wear many different hats.

  • A salary package with a base salary (25-30k DKK) and a non-capped performance-based bonus (expected OTE 40-50k DKK)
