As an Account Manager, you’ll hold the commercial responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients within the SME segments. Your primary focus will be driving client growth, ensuring high renewal rates, and minimizing churn in line with set targets for Client Success Nordics. You’ll act as the strategic partner to your clients, tailoring Benify’s offerings to their unique needs and maximizing the value they gain from our products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with various client stakeholders will be at the core of your work, alongside ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed client expectations through strategic account planning.

We’re seeking a self-motivated and organized professional who thrives on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional results. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a similar position, working with sales and client relationships. Fluency in Danish is essential.
