Job Description

Reporting to our Client Partner, you will create impact within our Client Management team. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.

You'll manage a portfolio of clients across Scandinavia and Central Europe, focusing on delivering paid media analytics and identifying opportunities to upsell advanced solutions with our Analysts, Cloud and DevOps Specialists, and Growth Managers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Understand client goals and explain how our work delivers on those goals.
  • Support our Client Management team by independently implementing everyday fundamental tools (such as client guide updates, meeting notes, Salesforce data accuracy).
  • Take execution ownership for a specific area of our work with a client such as serving as the main contact on a brand or channel.
  • Support brief development.
  • Understand Jellyfish best practices and products, and aim to improve the quality of service provided to their clients.
  • Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a similar client-facing role.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Experience with Scope of Work documents or Project Management tools.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
