The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Greenfield Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to support their digital transformation and cloud services adoption by challenging their approach to innovation, modernization, and optimization of their IT estate.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and gross profit quotas by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new opportunities with new logos and existing customers.
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities and new customers.
  • Grow and maintain customer and partner relationships by utilizing question-based selling methods to ascertain needs and craft relevant solutions.
  • Support marketing-related events, seminars, mailings, and call campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Submit accurate and timely forecasts aligned with sales quotas.
  • Facilitate all communications, order processing, and reporting of customer and partner transactions.
  • Develop strong knowledge in technology services, licensing, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Act as a field resource to customers and partners for leading industry volume license offerings.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by delivering customized solutions that address client needs and provide measurable value.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to identify opportunities for our solutions.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to effectively position and articulate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights to support their strategic objectives.
  • Use CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipeline health and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

  • What we need to see from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, cloud services, and IT optimization.
  • Strong sales track record with experience in prospecting and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in forecasting and sales reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry with preferred successful software sales.
  • Experience in Solution Selling techniques and strong account management.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong presentation, communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision.
