At V.O.S Destination Management, we’re looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team, currently made up of 4 employees. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Operations, and your daily tasks will involve working in Business Central, Navidoc, and our internal booking system.
What we’re looking for
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, or a similar role
• Relevant education in accounting or finance
• Experience with Business Central and Navidoc is a plus
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to work
• A positive and proactive mindset – you enjoy solving problems
• Someone who works well both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a dynamic, informal setting where priorities can shift
• Willingness to work extra hours during peak season (May–August), with no holidays during that period
