What you will be doing
Your main task will be to support the administrative processes for our various projects, and our highly engaged employees. You will be our ‘go to’ person, ensuring all employees are equipped to do their job. This role also give opportunity to be ‘social event’ manager coordinating celebrations supporting the community in the area.
Among others, your responsibilities will be:
Meeting coordination & scheduling for our VP and Managers
Managing administrative IT systems supporting:
The recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
Onboarding of consultants
The purchases and investments in the department
Manning overview
Granting of IT access and access review
Assist colleges with our internal administrative IT systems
Update SharePoint sites
As an Administrative Assistant for Sites & Agile Execution, you will be a member of the DDIT Administrative Assistant Group. Here you solve various cross area tasks as well as being part of optimizing the administrative processes.
Which competencies to bring?
To be successful in this position you shall have those qualifications:
Systematic way of working, a flair for IT and adapting to new IT systems
Being service-minded - finding it engaging both supporting all your colleges and getting you own tasks done
Efficiency with calendar and meeting coordination and be great with people and easy to approach
Fluent communication skills in both Danish and English is a must
Experience working with Windows Office (e.g. excel, power point, outlook), SAP and SharePoint, would be an advantage
As a person, you are trustworthy and possess high integrity. You also thrive in an ever-changing environment and handle this with your sense of urgency, structure and overview. You are great with people and easy to approach.
About the department
You will be part of our Agile Programme Management Office (APMO) reporting to the head of the department Peter Bagger. The newly established office consists of 3 employees and will be growing over the year. The APMO is part of Sites & Agile Execution, DDIT Research and Early Development. We are a support function to our IT Programmes with more than 30 product teams running. We implement and run administrative processes relevant for supporting the IT Programmes.
