The Position 

As a Warehouse Supporter, you will: 

• Optimise warehouse processes by managing tasks associated with deviations and continuously improving current procedures. 
• Conduct risk assessments and implement tools concerning new procedures. 
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting products and addressing discrepancies promptly. 
• Perform flow mapping and implement workflow mapping for a wide range of processes. 
• Ensure inventory accuracy by regularly counting and recording inventory levels and stocking products according to placement policy. 

Qualifications 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a must. 
• Experience in warehouse operations, good manufacturing practices, or logistics. 
• Strong communication skills to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process optimization. 
• Adaptable, with experience in complex support tasks and a commitment to continuous learning. 
• English proficiency is required; Danish is a plus. 

About the Department 

The Fill & Finish Warehouse department is at the heart of our logistics operations, responsible for ensuring seamless movement, storage, and inventory control of materials and finished goods. Based at our dynamic and fast-paced facility, our team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.  

Join a team of 13 colleagues in a dynamic department where good humour is highly valued. Reporting directly to the Associate Manager, Warehouse, you'll be part of a fantastic team and environment.
