The position
You will join a team of highly skilled engineers supporting our global production network (Denmark/US/China/Europe). Your focus will be on improvements, upgrades, and expansion of production capacity. As you will be supporting our global production facilities, you must thrive in a flexible environment, where priorities and tasks change depending on the demand at our suppliers. Your tasks will amongst others be to:
Depending on task and agreements traveling days are expected. During onboarding there will be few, but this will increase when projects are taking place.
Qualifications
We envision candidates having an academical degree within the field of Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, or Industrial Engineering. A strong understanding of mechatronic systems is a key requirement for this position. As a person, you have a proactive mindset, and find it natural to establish relations with other people and communicating constructively. Finally, you speak English fluently.
About the department
You will join TechOps Assembly and Pack in GCMD located in 24A at site Hillerød, Denmark. TechOps is a senior director area where we are approximately 70 colleagues, working in 6 teams, and we assembly the mechanical Motor Modules (sub-assembly) and we are preparing for the technical support for 3 new devices. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories that handles final assembly and pack. We are dedicated to delivering strong results that add to the success of Novo Nordisk by ensuring high-quality components at a competitive cost for our customers within prefilled devices. We share a relaxed tone and tall ambitions, and we are proud to never compromise on quality or safety. The last 5 years our network has consistently delivered according to plan and some on top.
