The Position
As a member of the equipment support team, you will be responsible for purchasing and validating a variety of In Process Control equipment and Big Bag equipment. Ini-tially, your main focus will be on maintaining the validated state for the equipment. Eventually, your focus will shift to driving continuous improvement projects, validating new or modified equipment, and handling production incidents.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and perform validation activities
• Support optimization projects
• Handle major change requests
• Handle complex deviations

Your expertise will be required for problem-solving, facilitating systematic root cause finding using LEAN to implement corrective and preventive measures. Additionally, you will drive optimizations and lead projects to ensure that we meet the growing demands of the future while keeping our production up to date.

Qualifications

We are seeking an individual experienced in equipment validation within a GMP envi-ronment, with a systematic approach and a strong focus on quality. You thrive in a position where you can influence and set the direction for GMP-related activities con-cerning our tablet production equipment and are comfortable leading complex prob-lem-solving efforts related to equipment issues.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have an academic degree within life sciences, engineering or similar
• Have several years’ experience within Equipment support roles in the pharma-ceutical or medical devices industry
• Possess experience in working with change requests, deviations, and other GMP tasks related to production equipment
• Be fluent in English and Danish

We are also open to consider candidates with less QC expertise but with a strong QA/production background.

On a personal level, you are result-oriented, adept at planning, and take pride in driv-ing tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also value your ability to be a team player who can motivate those around you. You pair strong communication and nego-tiation skills with an analytical mindset.
