The position
As a QC Supporter in the Warehouse, your primary tasks will be to support daily operations in the warehouse, where you will be part of a dynamic workday that also includes problem-solving, handling deviations, updating SOPs, and future-proofing the flow. Additionally, you will participate in projects that ensure capacity for future demands. You must be adaptable and ready to reprioritize your tasks, as the daily life of a supporter is never the same. In this position, you can expect to:

• Contribute to daily operations and perform optimizations.
• Update SOPs and Job Instructions.
• Create Change Requests and participate in audits.
• Handle deviations and maintain a solid GMP mindset.
• Work closely with stakeholders and participate in workshops, as well as drive smaller and larger projects.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, we imagine you have most of the following qualifications:

• Academic background in production, pharma, or relevant education.
• Work experience in pharma, preferably as a supporter or similar.
• Structured and adaptable with knowledge of GMP.
• Knowledge or experience from operations and development within Warehouse, QC, production, supply chain, or other relevant functional areas.
• Fluency in both Danish and English for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders, with good communication and mediation skills.

Most importantly, you take responsibility and are highly conscious of quality in all your work. You thrive on working with processes, deviations, problem-solving, data in Excel, validations/qualifications, and projects. You have a strong quality and compliance mindset and enjoy leading new improvements. As a person, you are structured, service-minded, and engaged in your work while also being able to complete tasks before the deadline.
The daily work will be filled with daily operations, incoming support tasks from the warehouse, handling any issues, as well as working on large and small projects that will impact the Warehouse. You should be positive, solution-oriented, outgoing, and a team player with good collaboration skills and a good sense of humor.

About the Department
You will be part of the SDF FP DK Warehouse in Måløv, which is undergoing rapid development to meet increasing demand. In our Operations Support team, consisting of 10 dedicated employees, including both new and experienced colleagues, you will support operations in two different areas of the Warehouse and implement incoming projects in close collaboration with colleagues, production, Business Support, technical support, QC, and QA.
