The position
Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement maintenance programs
• Coordinate and schedule repair work
• Plan operational maintenance and repair of equipment
• Act as a professional mentor for technical skilled workers within the team
• Provide guidance and support to team members in their technical skills development
• Analyze dashboards and ensure appropriate actions are taken, incorporating team learnings

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Preferably 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
• Experience in planning, designing, and implementing maintenance programs
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications
• Familiarity with equipment installation and commissioning processes.

Furthermore, you are proficient in both Danish and English.

About the department
Material Handling consists of 70 employees divided into 4 teams. We operate, maintain, and develop our fully automated transport system, which serves all production lines in 25A Hillerød. The department in Hillerød is among the most advanced in Novo Nordisk, where new technologies are being tested. We are facing an exciting future as we are expanding our facility with up to 100% new equipment. This creates ample opportunities for influence and development.
 

You will become part of a team currently consisting of 12 craftsmen and 4 maintenance managers. They will be ready to welcome you and support you in your new position, providing guidance and assistance. We are a young team characterized by our strong professionalism and unity. We enjoy each other's company, even outside of working hours, where we gather for social events. You will quickly notice that we are ambitious and achieve our goals together with a unique team spirit.
