The Position
As an Advanced Process Engineer, you will join a highly skilled project team in Warehouse and Intralogistics Department.
As we rapidly expand, we're looking for a dynamic colleague, who is eager to grow with us and embrace flexibility in roles and assignments. Over time, there might be an opportunity to become part of the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
The main tasks will be to:
• Participate in detailed design and validation (SRV) of equipment and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing new processes, process improvements and changes in processes and procedures.
• Review and optimise design proposals for automated warehouse solutions.
• Write, implement and update procedures.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, global manufacturing engineering, production engineering, supply chain or similar field.
• Experience with highly automated logistics solutions and warehouse operations in a pharmaceutical context; alternatively, another highly regulated industry.
• Ability to participate in detailed design and validate equipment and experience in coordinating project activities and analysing designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes.
• Ability to implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods and experience with the SRV-concept and change requests.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English with an intermediate proficiency in Danish.

In this position, it is equally crucial to support the team in fostering a positive spirit and provide help in building a strong department. You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) department, which is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across Product, Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) at Novo Nordisk.
