The Position
As an Advanced Production Engineer, you will be part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) Needle manufacturing site Hjørring. You will join a team of 28 employees, where collaboration and support are at the heart of everything we do.
With your closest colleagues, you be responsible for ensuring the right level of maintenance and the highest possible equipment efficiency. You will also have a key role in driving a databased approach with a LEAN mindset, and as such implement continuous improvements.

About the department
You will be part of our or Pack maintenance team and have 28 close colleagues.
Needle Manufacturing in Hjørring is responsible for the internal production of pen needles and quality control of all Novo Nordisk pen needles produced both internal and external. We are organised into seven departments with more than 440 employees dedicated to ensuring the supply of pen needles to Novo Nordisk. Our team is driven by a quality mindset, and we pride ourselves on being a workplace where our can-do spirit and high ambitions come together to create great results for the benefit of our patients.
