Then, you may be the Supply Manager we are looking for in Inbound Supply Management.
The position
You will be responsible for securing the supply of packaging materials while driving category optimization projects within a structured Category Team set-up, and across the inbound supply chain with the purpose of securing a robust, efficient and sustainable supply chain. The scope of the projects can vary, e.g. focus towards the suppliers, the manufacturing sites, forecasting process or compliance related matters.
You are expected to identify better practices, drive process improvements and act as a role model in the category and department. You will be managing internal stakeholders on all levels and external suppliers as well as communicate and present on management level. Further, you will be managing the cross-organisational category team on a strategic level.
In essence, this is a job with a high degree of independence and where results are achieved through collaboration with your stakeholders.

About the department
The Packaging Material Supply Management team is part of the department Inbound Supply Management (ISM) residing on the area Sourcing Operations (SoOp). We responsible for planning, purchasing, distribution and warehousing of the thousands of packaging materials going into Novo Nordisk production worldwide. Our common goal is to ensure reliable supply of quality products (packaging materials) in regulatory compliance at a competitive cost to Novo Nordisk manufacturing sites globally.
You will join a dynamic team of 15 employees responsible for driving and optimising the inbound supply chain of packaging materials across SoOp. Part of the strategy is to sustainable wellbeing, ensuring a seamless flow of materials through efficient supply chains, while maintaining a high service level to our customers.
