Corpay One is a leading SaaS fintech company providing cloud-based accounts payable automation solutions, designed to simplify financial processes for businesses. We are looking for an energetic and driven Advisor Manager to join our team in Denmark. This individual will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with bookkeepers and accountants (advisors), leading our efforts to expand Corpay One's presence within their organizations, and empowering them to leverage our platform.
As an Advisor Manager, you will work closely with the sales team, acting as both a coach and a key participant in sales dialogues. You will lead training initiatives, foster deep connections with advisors, and support them in understanding the value of our product. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from advisors to ensure our product remains competitive and aligns with market needs.
Relationship Building & Nurturing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing bookkeepers and accountants, ensuring they are engaged and familiar with the full value Corpay One can bring to their clients.
Advisor Development & Certification: Further qualify and certify advisors to become product experts, empowering them to effectively implement Corpay One in their workflows. Broaden the knowledge of Corpay One within their organizations, increasing adoption rates.
Lead Customer-Centric Activities: Organize and lead workshops, webinars, and other training activities to introduce, educate, and demonstrate the value of Corpay One to new and existing advisors. Your goal is to build motivation for a growing relationship with Corpay One.
Share of Wallet Growth: Work strategically to attain a larger share of wallet from advisors, deepening our relationships and expanding the use of Corpay One within advisor firms.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new clients to closing deals. You will present our product, handle negotiations, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to long-term customer.
Client Engagement & Support: Stay in regular contact with your clients to understand their evolving needs, ensuring that Corpay One continues to meet their expectations and requirements.
Feedback Loop with Product Team: Collect and facilitate feedback from advisors and their clients regarding desired features or improvements, and work with the Corpay One Product team to refine and enhance our solution.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations, particularly within the finance or SaaS industries. Experience working with bookkeepers, accountants, or financial advisors is highly preferred.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Danish (written and spoken).
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal qualities with experience in good relationship building. You should be able to foster collaboration and actively participate in sales dialogues.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to present, train, and explain SaaS solutions in a clear and engaging way, both in one-on-one settings and in larger group formats.
Sales & Negotiation Acumen: Ability to effectively manage the sales process, including identifying client needs, presenting product solutions, and negotiating agreements that benefit both the client and Corpay One.
Proactive & Strategic Thinking: A self-starter who can identify opportunities for growth and work towards them, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
