Westrup is seeking a dynamic and motivated After Sales Manager to enhance our global aftersales experience and drive service and spare parts sales. As part of a growing field service team, you will take the lead in developing and coordinating aftersales activities, ensuring efficient use of our technicians, and improving the effectiveness of our warranty processes.

About the Role: In this newly created position, you will work closely with our Sales and Service teams to develop aftersales packages and tools, promoting the sales of service contracts, preventive maintenance, and spare parts. Your goal will be to ensure that Westrup delivers high-quality, cost-effective aftersales support to our customers worldwide. This position reports directly to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Sales & Follow Up:
    • Drive sales of service offerings, including preventive maintenance, service contracts, and spares.
    • Collaborate with the Spares Department in Sales Backoffice to optimize spares sales.
  • Global Liaison & Coordination:
    • Work closely with Sales Offices and the service organisation worldwide to ensure seamless coordination.
    • Actively participate in the Westrup Service Group meetings.
  • Reporting & Warranty Management:
    • Oversee service reports and timesheet management.
    • Chair the Warranty Team Meetings, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Development & Innovation:
    • Lead the creation of aftersales service packages.
    • Drive the further development of service sales tools.

Candidate Profile:

  • High drive with a cooperative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sales approach and business acumen.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experienced in maintaining and developing relationships within a global organisation.
  • Background in sales organisations and experience working with field service teams.
  • Knowledge of technical products.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50 days per year.
