We are seeking a new member to join our Aftersales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer claims and complaints, ensuring that our customers experience a smooth and efficient claims process. You will handle all claims processing for designated customers or customer groups, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our claims handling procedures by offering valuable feedback and suggestions.
You will be part of a small, collaborative team that works closely with our Quality Department, as well as our colleagues in Poland and Lithuania. Your input will help ensure a seamless aftersales experience for our customers.
