Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing strategic transformation projects that support Flying Tiger Copenhagen's overall strategy. Collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, product teams, external suppliers, and internal business partners, you will drive the development and implementation of both current and new systems to meet business requirements.

You will be a key member of an international and highly skilled Tech Delivery team, working on exciting projects with global and strategic impact. You'll have the opportunity to influence from the beginning, implementing innovative solutions and driving the future of retail technology.

Our strategic project portfolio spans multiple domains, including retail technologies, digital experience, omnichannel, merchandising and pricing, supply chain planning, and data & analytics. We have a number of exciting projects with global and strategic impact.

Main responsibilities

Lead complex business transformation projects with multiple stakeholders in a global context.

Align expectations and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Collaborate to find solutions, manage dependencies, and anticipate project risks.

Implement structure, governance, and project assurance from inception to successful completion.

Oversee the transition of projects to operations, ensuring seamless integration.

Drive strategic business transformation through technical leadership, project management, and change management skills.

About you

You have skills and experience within:

Proven success in leading complex tech programs or projects in the retail industry.

In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with agile methodologies, emphasizing continuous delivery.

Strong change management skills to manage disruption and business change effectively.

Ability to build credible relationships and influence at all organizational levels.

Empathetic leadership, understanding and managing project members' and stakeholders' needs.

Knowledge and curiosity about technical concepts, application lifecycle management, technical architecture, and engineering practices.

Resilience and adaptability to change.

Your qualifications:

Prior experience leading projects in one or more areas, including Digital Experience, Marketing Technology, Omnichannel, Retail Tech, Merchandising, Pricing, or Supply Chain Planning.

Relevant project management certifications
