Introduction to the positionAs an AI Engineer at Moonboon, you will develop and integrate AI/ML-driven solutions into Moonboon’s next-generation baby sleep products. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing machine learning models for sound classification and predictive analytics while ensuring seamless integration with Moonboon’s ecosystem. Your role will primarily focus on software and backend development while applying AI/ML methodologies to enhance product intelligence. This is a hybrid position, with 70-80% software development and 20-30% AI/ML focus.
Due to the confidential nature of our upcoming features and product developments, specific details remain undisclosed. However, this role presents a unique opportunity to work on modern AI-driven architectures, cloud solutions, and intelligent automation for sleep technology.
This position requires a balance of technical expertise and a proactive mindset, as well as an enthusiasm for leveraging AI to solve real-world challenges. You’ll collaborate with app developers, software engineers, and hardware specialists to build user-centric solutions that advance Moonboon’s mission.
Responsibilities- Software & Backend Development: Design and develop scalable backend architectures for AI-driven features.
- AI & ML Integration: Apply open-source AI models to optimize predictive analytics and automation in Moonboon’s solutions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and data scientists to ensure seamless AI integration
- MLOps & Deployment: Ensure efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring using PyTorch, AWS
- Quality & Optimization: Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-enhanced solutions.
- 2-3 years of experience in software development with AI/ML exposure
- Experience with Python and PyTorch
- Experience in cloud development
- Familiarity with open-source AI models
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving software architecture
Moreover, it is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have
- Experience with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GO
Familiarity with baby products, consumer devices, or health tech.
