Collaborating closely with clients and partners, we take pride in resolving complex configuration challenges and shaping the future of configuration software.

Your role

As part of the AI team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing AI-powered solutions within our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Being the subject matter expert and go-to person for AI’s technical landscape and emerging AI technologies
• Designing and refining prompt strategies for AI models, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimal system responses
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of our product suite and leveraging AI to enhance user experience and functionality
• Working with a wide variety of AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, and Claude to develop and deploy AI-driven features
• Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and tech leads to integrate AI in a meaningful and scalable way
• Continuously iterating and optimizing prompts and AI workflows to improve automation and decision-making processes
• Exploring and implementing new AI techniques and methodologies to drive innovation within the company
• Contributing to the overall AI strategy, ensuring alignment with our long-term product goals

Your skills

To succeed in this role, you should have a good technical foundation combined with a passion for AI and emerging technologies. Specifically, we are looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience with AI solutions that are actively deployed and operational
• Has a good technical understanding and is comfortable working with complex software products
• Has experience or deep interest in prompt engineering and how to refine AI interactions for optimal performance
• Has applied experience with LLMs and understands their strengths and limitations
• Is familiar with AI solutions such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral.  
• Has a natural curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and new technologies, always eager to experiment and refine AI-powered solutions
• Enjoys working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with software developers, product owners, and AI specialists
• Has experience or a good understanding of manufacturing or production industries (not mandatory but highly beneficial)
• Is fluent in English with strong communication skills
