We are looking for an extroverted Customer Success professional or Physiotherapist to help us revolutionize wellness and make massage more accessible through robotics technology.
We’re on a mission to offer wellness and massage to every body. Literally! Our non-human masseuse offers high-quality but affordable massages. It also never gets tired and doesn’t need to small talk.
Our franchise concept has some similarities to the tanning salon model. Our vision is to have automated massage salons - both in every major city - and also in every major office in the world.
To get there we must first prove the business model. We do that by deploying robots to workplaces, fitness- and wellness centres. With our product, their members/staff can get 24/7 access to convenient and effect massage.
You’ll play a key role in the expansion of Self by helping us improve the product quality (teaching the robot), and ensuring that all users and customers are satisfied. This is the foundation of our success as a team.
With an understanding of the chaos and lack of structure that sometimes describe a start-up, the ideal candidate will enjoy seeking opportunities and will be energized by our high ambitions and growth expectations, embracing the challenge of building an international company from nothing. With equal importance to the background, we will focus on each candidate’s leadership approach, mindset, and competencies for this role.
Create massage programs for users at fitness centres, and workplaces in Copenhagen
Answer customer support phone calls and emails during certain hours
Possibly travel for 2 weeks at a time to locations throughout Scandinavia, Northern EU and UK.
