ARIS Robotics is a green-tech startup on a mission to create a world without waste by applying cutting-edge artificial intelligence to waste sorting. Our technology enables fast and accurate identification and categorisation of waste, helping both citizens and businesses improve recycling and reduce waste. Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Data Science / Robotics or equivalent

• Experience working with Linux as a development environment

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Creative thinking to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our development process.

• Adaptability to learn new technologies, tools and methodologies.

• Empathy towards our users' needs and perspectives, ensuring the creation of intuitive, user-friendly software.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with software development tools such as version control systems (i.e. Git) and integrated development environments (i.e. Visual Studio Code).

• Theoretical understanding of the workings of neural networks.

• Proven experience in AI development, including machine learning, neural networks, and data analysis.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch.

• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI system architectures and software solutions that support our initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software requirements and specifications.

• Develop and maintain software documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and testing procedures.

• Troubleshoot and debug AI-related software issues as they arise.

• Contribute to technical decision-making and development direction.

• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI software features and enhancements.

Location

Primarily on-site at our headquarters in Odense with the possibility of working from home.
