Our mission is simple: optimize radar performance while streamlining complexity for the operator. This means we need algorithm engineers who can adapt to varying challenges, balance technical precision with usability, and drive the development cycle from conception to deployment.
Your primary tasks will be to:
You will get hands-on experience with our radar systems, from understanding the underlying physics to witnessing the real-world impact our products make for our customers. You will get the opportunity to see your work in action on site with our customers and collaborate directly with our end users.
Your expertise:
You will join a group of 14 highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in engineering, mathematics, and physics. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, ensuring a seamless transition from design to deployment of our software and algorithms. We are dedicated to the ongoing refinement of our processes and the strategic integration of new technologies.
In the larger Weibel Technology department, you will find yourself among 160 colleagues. Together, we design and deliver outstanding solutions to our customers. With all our development done in-house, your expertise will be valued across a broad spectrum of technical disciplines and you will get the opportunity to work in close collaboration with talented colleagues.
