We are searching for creative and passionate hospitality souls that want to be a part of our team at Next House Copenhagen. We are looking for on-callers, primarily working evening, late shifts and weekends, who will help us through the Summer season with possibility of a lot of hours.

Working for Next House Copenhagen you need to be comfortable with changing tasks and taking charge. We need people that want to be a part of creating a culture and becoming a part of a community - it's not just a job. We need people who enjoy human interaction, and who do not mind varying working hours as this is a part of our industry.
Depending on the day, the tasks will include but not be limited to:
Expect to be on your feet and don’t be shy for new tasks coming your way. All in all a physical job, which requires a lot of lifting, moving around and being out on the floor.
Structured people-person with love for hospitality
First of all we expect you to be good with people. You need to understand each guest and make them feel comfortable despite the 110 other things you need to do. You are going to be the person that makes them want to come back and a part of their experience of our hostel. Secondly, you need to have a passion for entertaining. We are not just here to make a transfer - money for a bed - we are here to create experiences and to be that place where people hang out and remember years later.

We will call you in for an audition with other applicants to show you the atmosphere after going through the applications we have received. To apply for this position it is necessary to have a Danish CPR number.
Experience within the hospitality/service industry will not hurt your chances; however, it is not a requirement.
