Your Role

You’ll take on a crucial role in integrating, building and maintaining our SaaS platform based on customer requests and needs. The path from development to production is short. This also means you will have a direct say in shaping processes and the decisions we make at Supplios.

The Ideal candidate

Work

• Mid to Senior Level Programming Experience

• Python for backend development (Django experience is a plus).

• JS/TS for frontend development (Vue experience is a plus).

• You appreciate a workload divided into 80% backend, 10% frontend, and 10% customer interaction.

Personality

• You find complex logic, event-driven architecture, and state machines exciting.

• Meeting with customers online to understand requirements doesn’t faze you.

• You enjoy a fast-moving startup environment, where you help determine the right path forward.

Interview Process

1. Quick Intro Call (5 minutes, phone call)

   • We’ll learn a bit about you and your background.

2. Technical Interview (15-20 minutes, online meeting)

   • Share your skills, projects, and relevant experience.

3. Coding Challenge and Interview (in office meeting)

   • Build a simple state machine and workflow to show us how you approach a problem we have in our business.
