As an Associate Analyst, you will collaborate closely with experienced consultants on client projects, contributing to HR strategy and transformation initiatives for multinational corporations. Additionally, you will support business development efforts and contribute to internal initiatives such as employer branding and learning programs based on your interests and background.
Many of our Associate Analysts transition to full-time consultants upon completing their studies, making this role an excellent first step for those aspiring to a career in people-centred management consulting.

Interview process
Our recruitment process involves three stages. In the first interview, you will be asked to demonstrate your problem-solving skills through a short case study and share insights about yourself, your passion for HR Transformation and Consulting, including people strategy, processes, and digitalisation. The second interview will include a case assignment and an assessment of your personal attributes conducted by HR. The final stage will be a meeting with our People Lead.
