Main responsibilities for the role:

In this position, you’ll work closely with the customer experience, product and marketing teams, building a strategic function that delivers both trust-building collateral and validation frameworks, foundational datasets for AI product development and serves as a strong internal feedback function for marketing, product and the company as a whole.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leadership: Lead and develop the Reshape application team and deliver results across a wide range of projects ranging from product strategic to operational. Establish and manage priorities and ensure that resources are available for project completion. Monitor and iterate plans as needed to ensure rapid progress leading up to our key milestones such as funding rounds and product launches.

• Trust building: Build up solid scientific documentation establishing the trust needed to support accelerated commercial success within our target segments including white papers and validation frameworks for effective communications towards customers around how to implement our solutions and validate their methodology.

  • Build collaborations in academia and with other companies to build publications and drive new method development.

• Commercial driver: work with commercial teams to develop messaging of our products to customers and support overall go to market closely by supporting our application understanding, use-case segmentation and in understanding the value we can provide to customers at various levels of abstraction

• Vision enabler: Collaborate closely across product, engineering and commercial teams to realize our common vision around speeding up science and bring in these teams as an internal customer to help us build better products. Lead our data strategy and help drive new insights in collaboration with data science and product teams

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

• MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Food technology, Microbiology or similar subject matters

• 5+ years of experience with leadership/management in industrial R&D projects with impactful track record

• Knowledge and interest in digitalization, machine learning, data mangement and modelling in relation to biological R&D

• Creative thinker with ability to make links across diverse technical areas to shape a programme and bring project leadership to deliver impact.

• Systematic and structured - ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently and prioritize to meet goals

• Excellent communication/presentation/writing skills

• Is bold and ambitious in mindset. Previous experience or strong interest in fast-growing startups is a plus.
