Your Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard employees: Find the right people, ensure smooth onboarding, and get the team up and running. Supervise work sites and quality standards: Monitor daily operations and ensure our high-quality benchmarks are consistently met.

Manage and approve work hours and payroll:

Oversee employee work hours and handle payroll approval. Be available when needed: Provide support and guidance to your team, especially in critical situations. What We Expect from You: Experience in leadership, ideally within facility management or a related field. A structured and responsible approach with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities to motivate and lead your team effectively. Flexibility to manage both planned tasks and unforeseen challenges.
