• The transition to SAP S4/HANA during the next couple of years
• Challenging and optimizing our existing SAP processes within purchase orders, bookkeeping and invoicing, as well as running them.
• Expanding our service with even more SAP-related tasks and reporting
• Giving state-of-the art service to our colleagues across Engineering.
• Solving a broad variety of administrative tasks

We imagine that you:

• Possess strong administrative knowledge and interest.
• Are experienced in SAP P3A ERP and SAP S4/HANA
• Have a strong knowledge of SAP Concur
• Have an understanding of the link between finance, PO and invoices
• Knows about automation and reporting in SAP
• Are proficient in English.
• Are superuser in Microsoft 365
• Have a good sense of humor.

Welcome to Engineering Business Support! We are an administrative department consisting of 10 administrative and project management professionals located in Copenhagen and Holeby. Our responsibility is to assist our 340 colleagues across Engineering, with a variety of administrative tasks, including proofreading and translations, invoicing, meeting coordination, onboarding, time and absence management, system and app assistance, order handling, project management, and numerous ad hoc tasks. We are expanding our service to include analysis of unleashed optimization and automation potential within our organization.

As we are sending one of our dedicated specialists on a well-deserved retirement, we are looking for a new member of our team.

You will play a big part in challenging status quo by optimizing our processes, and ideating potential automation possibilities in our current SAP solution. Additionally, you will act as superuser in our SAP 4S HANA transition project that will run for the coming years.
