Our Merchant Room and Backyard are premier cocktail bars, celebrated for their vibrant atmosphere, creative drinks, and dedicated team. The Tap Room offers a true Irish Pub experience with a cozy ambiance, perfectly poured Guinness, and an impressive whiskey selection. Friendly staff that cares, leads to lasting memories! What We’re Looking for:

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience: Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar or similar environment.
• Cocktail Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Fast-Paced: Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-Oriented: A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• CPR Certification: Possession of a valid CPR certification is a must.

This position requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per month. However, you are welcome to work additional hours if you wish, offering you the flexibility to tailor your schedule to your availability and preferences.
