We are looking for a Project Supervisor to join our Commercial Projects Team in our Esbjerg office and act as a key link between our technicians and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between technicians and various internal departments.
• Plan and coordinate projects in collaboration with the Commercial Project Manager (CPM).
• Maintain an overview of ongoing projects and ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee and support our skilled technicians, ensuring they uphold the highest standards.
• Utilise IT systems effectively to manage workflows and documentation.
• Keep an eye on daily operations and maintain a structured approach to problem-solving.

What we are looking for:

• Background as a workshop manager or experience managing blue-collar teams.
• Strong technical understanding and familiarity with IT systems.
• Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clear overview.
• Experience in the wind industry is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience in the wind turbine blade segment is a plus but not mandatory.
