We are looking for a Project Supervisor to join our Commercial Projects Team in our Esbjerg office and act as a key link between our technicians and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the bridge between technicians and various internal departments.
- Plan and coordinate projects in collaboration with the Commercial Project Manager (CPM).
- Maintain an overview of ongoing projects and ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee and support our skilled technicians, ensuring they uphold the highest standards.
- Utilise IT systems effectively to manage workflows and documentation.
- Keep an eye on daily operations and maintain a structured approach to problem-solving.
What we are looking for:
- Background as a workshop manager or experience managing blue-collar teams.
- Strong technical understanding and familiarity with IT systems.
- Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clear overview.
- Experience in the wind industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in the wind turbine blade segment is a plus but not mandatory.
