Who we are
IMS (International Media Support) is an international non-profit organisation, working across four continents for freedom of press and expression. Our staff of around 180 employees of more than 50 different nationalities work from IMS Headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as from countries around the world. With a continued focus on diversity of staff we aim to attract, employ and retain highly qualified media professionals from around the globe.
IMS is now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic colleague in our HR Unit for a 6-month paternity cover. You will work closely with a team of passionate colleagues in designing processes for how we attract, recruit, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize people and teams in IMS.
Department
The HR Unit is part of FIRE Department (Finance and Resources Department) where you will be part of a dynamic and diverse work environment with enthusiastic and skilled colleagues.
Job summary
Your tasks will range widely and include many aspects from the HR area. You will work with employment conditions from A to Z and will be given both advisory, initiating and executing tasks. Your primary tasks will be within recruitment, where you will be responsible for advertising positions, participating in job interviews and drafting employment contracts. You will gain knowledge of IMS work area and special conditions when recruiting international employees across the globe.

You will report to the Head of HR Unit and work closely with people managers across IMS, and liaise frequently with IMS Administration Unit.
Work environment

It is also possible to work from home some days.
