We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join the Brand Activation Team at our rapidly expanding, global baby brand. If you’re passionate about social media, creative content, and have a strong desire to grow your skills in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you! 

In this role, you’ll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product, e-commerce, and sales, to support and execute social media strategies that align with our brand goals. You’ll be responsible for helping to manage our organic social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with our growing online community. 

This role is based at BIBS's Head Office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and reports directly to our Senior Social Media Manager. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Social Media Management: Oversee the daily management of global social media profiles, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms. 
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community across SoMe platforms, while fostering a positive online presence. 
  • Content Planning: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across all global social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. 
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep our brand relevant and engaging. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance metrics to inform future strategies and campaigns. 
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling storytelling-driven content tailored for Instagram and TikTok. 
  • Brand Collaborations: Oversee and coordinate social media brand collaborations to maximize impact and align with our brand goals. 
  • Support Local Teams: Provide guidance and content support to local profiles and distributors. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Marketing or Related Degree: A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Passion for Social Media: A genuine love for social media and content creation, with an eagerness to learn and grow in the field. 
  • Professional Experience: Any prior experience in social media management or content creation is a plus. 
  • Creativity & Storytelling: A creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities, and an eye for design and content that resonates with our audience. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus. 
  • Technical Skills: Experience with social media analytics platforms, editing apps, Canva, and PowerPoint is preferred. 
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in content creation and reporting. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments. 
  • Proactive & Positive Attitude: A self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative and suggest new ideas. 
  • Fashion & Design Interest: A keen eye for fashion and design, and a passion for working in a creative environment.
